Overview

Spiritual direction nurtures your relationship with your depths, helping you to reconnect with your inner guidance as you explore what matters most to you. It is an opportunity to find meaning and inspiration in your unique life journey and to expand your awareness of sacred mystery. In preparation for our meeting, please discern what you might like to explore with my support: for example, a vivid experience, a recurring theme/pattern in your life, a recent opportunity/challenge, a dream, a creative expression, an evocative quote, or an open-ended question. It is important that you feel safe enough to be with your chosen focus. During our meeting, I will help you to center in presence, to reconnect with your inner wisdom, to explore your experiences, to develop awareness and insight, and to discern possible responses to growth opportunities. I will offer you compassionate listening, evocative questions, and skilled support for accessing your own deep knowing and healing guidance. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: • The fee for 50-60 minutes of individual spiritual direction is $100. If you need an adjusted rate, please discuss this possibility with me during your free initial consultation. • If your process needs an additional 30 minutes, I will invoice you for a supplemental $30. • You may pay before our scheduled meeting or afterward by invoice (see dropdown menu when booking). • To cancel or to reschedule, please email me at least 24 hours in advance of our meeting for a refund. Otherwise, you will be charged the designated fee for the appointment. • If you arrive for an appointment more than 10 minutes late, the meeting will be canceled, yet you will nevertheless be charged for the full session. • Similarly, if I invite you to reschedule an appointment, with less than 24 hours of notice, you will not be charged for the replacement meeting. Alternatively, you may request a refund. • If I have internet connectivity issues or other technological difficulties that significantly disrupt or end our online meeting, I will offer you a replacement appointment, free of charge, or you may request a refund. • However, if your own technological challenges make the scheduled online meeting impossible, you will nevertheless be charged for the full session. • You must complete and sign a consent form before your first appointment for spiritual direction.
