Overview

Spiritual direction helps you to reconnect with your inner wisdom as you explore what matters most to you. It is an opportunity to find meaning and inspiration in your unique life journey and to experience wonder, love, and peace. In preparation for our meeting, please discern what you might like to explore with my support: for example, a vivid experience, a recurring theme/pattern in your life, a recent opportunity/challenge, a dream, a creative expression, an evocative quote, or an open-ended question. It is important that you feel safe enough to be with your chosen focus. Alternatively, you can simply relax and notice what arises in the moment. During our conversation, I will invite you to slow down, to center in presence, and to reconnect with your inner wisdom. I will facilitate your exploration of your experiences, helping you to expand your awareness, to discern growth opportunities, and to deepen your spirituality. I will offer you compassionate listening, skilled support for accessing your intuitive knowing, and creative practices that can help you to live into transformation. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: • The fee for 50-60 minutes of individual spiritual direction is $100. If you need an adjusted rate, please discuss this possibility with me during your free initial consultation. • If your process needs an additional 30 minutes, I will invoice you for a supplemental $30. • You may pay before our scheduled meeting or afterward by invoice (see dropdown menu when booking). • To cancel or to reschedule, please email me at least 24 hours in advance of our meeting for a refund. Otherwise, you will be charged the designated fee for the appointment. • If you arrive for an appointment more than 10 minutes late, the meeting will be canceled, yet you will nevertheless be charged for the full session. • If I have internet connectivity issues or other technological difficulties that significantly disrupt or end our online meeting, I will offer you a replacement appointment, free of charge, or you may request a refund. • However, if your own technological challenges make the scheduled online meeting impossible, you will nevertheless be charged for the full session. • You must complete and sign a consent form before your first appointment for spiritual direction.
