Description

In this free consultation appointment, you are welcome to introduce yourself and to explore my current offerings. A graduate of Fr. Richard Rohr’s Living School, I am a long-term practitioner of contemplative spirituality and a certified spiritual director. Through my private practice, The Soul Companion, LLC, I have cultivated a sacred space for spiritual transformation that highlights intuitive exploration, creative expression, wise discernment, and conscious embodiment. In addition to individual and group spiritual direction, I am certified to offer the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, SoulCollage®, Jungian-oriented dreamwork, focusing meditation, and guided labyrinth walks. I support seekers on their creative pathways to deepening spirituality. Currently, I am a doctoral student in Christian spirituality at Virginia Theological Seminary, an Episcopal seminary. My research focuses on creative practices that enhance holistic spirituality, including imaginative prayer, artistic expression, and reverential experiences with nature. I also have a Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Writing and have worked as a writing professor and a coach. In my workshops and retreats, I offer reflective writing activities that help participants to experience a felt sense of spirituality, to discover their deepest desires, to express their inner wisdom, and to imagine possible responses to growth opportunities.
