
Soul Garden: Contemplative SoulCollage

Overview
Celebrate the Feast of St. Mary Magdalene during this contemplative SoulCollage® workshop: • Slow down, pause, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. • Relax through creative self-care. • Experience SoulCollage®. • Explore your relationship with St. Mary Magdalene. • Reflect on the invitations of this season of your life. During this workshop, you will receive guidance and inspiration for making and exploring your SoulCollage® cards. You will be welcome to share your experiences, insights, and questions with the group. However, no one else will see your SoulCollage® cards unless you decide to share them. You will need the following supplies: • reliable Internet access to our Zoom meeting; • peaceful surroundings; • creative space; • a candle to light; • your journal; • your favorite pen; • 1-3 5" x 8" blank mat board cards or cardboard rectangles; • 20-30 found images (e.g., images cut out of magazines, catalogs, old calendars, greeting cards, or wrapping paper), some of which will need to be at least 5" x 8"; • 1-2 glue sticks, preferably acid-free and photo-safe; and • comfortable scissors. In particular, you may wish to gather images of GARDENS and/or figures who evoke ST. MARY MAGDALENE for you. Please feel free to use homemade materials. However, if you would like to purchase materials, below are some recommendations: • blank mat boards: Hanford Mead blank SoulCollage® cards; • copyright-free image sources: Catherine Anderson’s *The Elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.* If you cancel your registration by July 15, you will receive a refund.
